This stage is for the Key Web Developer to: 

·     Communicate with the Client regarding detailed specifications and requirements of the Web site for the Client;

·     Work with the Client to define the site's intended audience and formulate a statement of the site's purpose and objectives;

·      Gather all the pertinent information and data from the Client to be published on the Web;

·      Plan for collaborative development and maintenance of the site with the Client;

·      Develop a prototype site to be presented to the Client for approval and feedback.
