This
stage is for the Key Web Developer and Client to:
Gather and compare information
about the proposed site, its operation and its intended usage in order
to improve the site's overall quality and to identify problem areas.
Here
are five steps to determine the site's criteria and usability:
1.
Does the site meet the stated purpose and objectives for its targeted
audience?
2.
Is the site's design functionally operational and consistent with its
specifications and requirements?
3.
Is the design current in terms of HTML (software) development?
4.
Is the site's information and content accurate, relevant, and complete?
5.
Is the site user-friendly?
To
insure that the site does what it’s supposed to do:
1.
Test the site's usability by users' participation.
2.
Check the site's technical implementation with various Internet
browsers.
