Phase 3: Design & Development  Strategize - Research - Conceive

This stage is for the Key Web Developer & Design Team to develop the actual proposed Web site according to the specifications and requirements of the site discussed in Phases 1 and 2. 
 
This consists of:

·     The creation of a system of navigation and templates that creates a consistent look for the Web site and,

·     The separation of all the information into manageable pieces and scrollable page length and,

·     The development of internal links and routes according to user's thinking during information search and navigation.
