Phase 6: Training & Support  Strategize - Research - Conceive

In this phase, the key web developer should provide training and support for the Client on how to update and maintain the site.  Most web development firms do provide updating and site maintenance services at nominal charge.

If the Client selects to update and maintain the site, the site shall be built with Microsoft^TM FrontPage 2000. The current authoring and maintenance software of choice that is user-friendly for text editing without extensive training required.  

If the site is solely built with Macromedia Director, the key web developer will be most likely needed to update the Client's site.  Ask about the rates to accomplish this task.

Assuming that the site has been properly designed and configured, it will be easy for the Client or the Client’s staff (or any other designated individual) to update and maintain the site on a regular basis.
